Choosing clothes and changing repeatedly are the reasons why we’re often late for work or appointments. If you have kids, let them do this as well. Let them check to see if their homework is done. Make them shine in their own shoes. Make them clean their bags and school things. Let them find the pairs of socks that got lost for eternity in the mountain of laundry. Let them line up their undies, socks, and accessories (school ties, IDs, etc.) they plan to wear for the week. Teach them these good habits so they can adopt them until they grow up.

3.Nurture relationships by spending quality time with loved ones. Share a meal, engage in meaningful conversations, and express your appreciation for those closest to you.
