Link between Metro Manila flooding, reclamation projects must be studied--ranking solon

House Deputy Minority Leader Akbayan Party-list Rep. Perci Cendaña has underscored the need to determine the correlation--if any--between the many reclamation projects in Manila Bay and the seemingly worsened flooding in Metro Manila. Cendaña raised this matter during the plenary deliberations on the budget of the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) under the P7.2-trillion 2027 General Appropriations Bill (GAB). Read more
