Classes suspended in NCR amid heavy rains; ‘Maymay’ weakens into LPA but rains to continue

Several local government units (LGUs) in Metro Manila and nearby provinces suspended face-to-face classes on Friday, Aug. 7, due to the expected rains brought about by the southwest monsoon (Habagat), enhanced by Tropical Storm Maymay. Read more
