Die Deutsche Botschaft Manila informiert:

Ab dem 01. Juni 2020 können wir viele Dienstleistungen der Rechts- und Konsularabteilung in einem begrenzten Umfang wieder anbieten.

1.) Für die nachstehenden Angelegenheiten benötigen Sie einen bestätigten Termin – bitte vereinbaren Sie diesen über unser online Terminvereinbarungssystem

Ausstellung von Reisepässen
Annahme von Nachbeurkundungsanträgen und Namenserklärungen

2.) Folgende weitere Dienstleistungen bieten wir an bestimmten Tagen an – eine Terminvereinbarung vorab ist nicht erforderlich:

Ausstellung von konsularischen Bescheinigungen
Vornahme von Unterschriftsbeglaubigungen
Beglaubigung von Fotokopien
Annahme von Unterlagen für Urkundenüberprüfungen

Sie können für diese Dienstleistungen an den folgenden Tagen zwischen 08.00 und 09.30 Uhr vorbeikommen:

                        im Juni:                01., 04., 05., 10., 11., 17., 18., 23., 24., 29., 30.

                        im Juli:                 03., 06., 09., 10., 15., 16., 21., 22., 27., 28., 31.

                        im August:           03., 06., 07., 12., 13., 18., 19., 24., 25., 28., 31.



3.) Sie können uns zudem jederzeit per E-Mail an info@mani.diplo.de Ihr Anliegen schildern. Bitte schildern Sie dabei den genauen Sachverhalt. Unser Team wird sich bemühen, schnellstmöglich auf zu reagieren.


From 01 June 2020 we will again be able to offer many legal and consular services to a limited extent.

1.) You need a confirmed appointment for the following matters - please arrange it via our online appointment system (Link via www.manila.diplo.de )

Issuance of passports
Submission of Applications for the Registration of Births and Marriages, as well as Name Declarations

2.) We offer the following additional services on certain days - an appointment in advance is not necessary:

Issuance of Consular Certificates
Authentication of Signatures
Authentication of Photocopies
Submission of Documents for Document Checking

You can visit the Embassy for these services on the following days between 08.00am and 09.30am:

                        June:               01., 04., 05., 10., 11., 17., 18., 23., 24., 29., 30.

                        July:                03., 06., 09., 10., 15., 16., 21., 22., 27., 28., 31.

                        August:           03., 06., 07., 12., 13., 18., 19., 24., 25., 28., 31.
