Infrastructure and agricultural damage from the combined effects of habagat and tropical cyclones Luis, Maymay, Neneng, and Pilandok reached P11.92 billion, with P7.79 billion in infrastructure losses and P4.13 billion in agricultural damage, according to the Office of Civil Defense (OCD). Read more
