A High-Flying Official (HFO) recently turned a routine flight into a subtle lesson in attitude. During meal service, the HFO reportedly ignored the cabin crew, only to suddenly request tea while an attendant was in the middle of delivering another item. She was asked to wait, which visibly irked her, until another senior crew member stepped in to accommodate her request.
As if that were not enough, she then asked the crew to locate an assistant seated in economy—without providing a seat number, only a name. After an unsuccessful search, the crew returned empty-handed.
